Return, exchange & refund policy

 

At Huna, every piece is made with care and attention to detail. Each product reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, comfort, and quality. Because most of our items are handcrafted or made to order, we kindly ask that you review the following policy before completing your purchase.

General Returns & Exchange

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of an in-stock item, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or alteration.

  • A proof of purchase is provided.

  • All original accessories, tags, and promotional gifts (if any) are included.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

Huna reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in as-new condition due to damage, misuse, or improper handling by the customer.

Made-to-Order & Furniture Policy

Our furniture and custom-made pieces are crafted specifically for you.
For these items:

  • You have 72 hours from the time of placing your order to make any changes or request a full cancellation with a 100% refund.

  • Between 3–7 days after order placement, cancellations will incur a 50% fee to cover production costs.

  • After 7 days, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Furniture pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive with a verified manufacturing defect or were damaged during delivery. In such cases, our team will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Quality & Inspection

Every Huna piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will promptly assess and offer a suitable solution, whether repair, replacement, or refund, based on the situation.

Natural Variations

We take pride in using natural materials that give each piece its own character.
Slight variations in wood grain, color tone, or texture are part of the material’s beauty and are not considered defects or grounds for return.
